Our Commitment to Pastors

We believe that every pastor should have the opportunity to renew and restore their hearts with the Lord. Psalm 46:10 states, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” Our retreat center provides a unique experience where pastors can get alone and plead before the God of the universe to help them become the best pastors that they can be for the glory and the honor of Jesus Christ.

Our cabins are available to pastors. Each cabin has a cooking space and 2 bedrooms for your convenience. Johnny and Virginia have a heart for ministry and minister to each family that stays on our property. Walking trails, fishing, kayaking, swimming, front porch swings, and comfortable places to read and write are some of the activities that every pastor will have the opportunity to take advantage of while they stay at Stillwater. Pastors can soon feel the stress of ministry melting away. All of these activities will help you relieve the stress of pastoring and find rest in God’s blessings through creation.​
